Hello, my name is Mei Ling Toy, and I’ve been a dedicated massage therapist for over 18 years in the Atlanta area. I received my training at Rising Spirit Institute, where I specialized in neuromuscular therapy. Early in my career, I worked for four years alongside a chiropractor, focusing on rehabilitating clients recovering from injuries and managing spinal conditions such as degenerative disc disease and whiplash.Over the years, I’ve expanded my expertise by studying various therapeutic modalities, including acupressure, lymphatic drainage technique, arthritis massage, cupping therapy, and hot stone therapy. My approach to massage is rooted in a holistic perspective, addressing both physical and emotional aspects of well-being. Currently, I'm advancing my studies in somatic therapies, exploring how to integrate talk therapy, energy healing, and stress-reducing techniques into my practice.
I’m passionate and committed to helping my clients find the root cause of their aches and pains. By providing guidance on body mechanics, posture, ergonomics, and personalized stretching and strengthening exercises, I aim to empower my clients to achieve long-term wellness and full-body vitality.

Hello and welcome!

My name is Alexis Archer Shanks.

Somatic Healing is the study of the mind- body connection and the relationship between thoughts, emotions, beliefs and physical sensations of the body. This connection recognizes that mental and emotional states can affect physical health and vice versa.

Healing on a soul level promotes healing in the body.

Emotion Code therapy promotes a parasympathetic trauma release.  Using applied kinesiology we identify trapped emotions in the body.  These are emotions that have been stuffed or inherited.  Once identified we then release them using a very gentle and light method.

Education and Background:   I began my journey and education  in the human body and mind at The University of West Georgia in psychology and sociology.  After completion and graduation I moved to North Carolina where my family owned and operated, The Stillpoint Center. It is there where I began learning about the business behind the type of work I was drawn to.

As I continued my studies further I was drawn to take a closer look at energy transfer.

Starting with massage, I was accepted into the Academy of Somatic Healing Arts, ASHA, in 2007.

Through 18 years of focused massage experience, I expanded my studies with education in cranio- sacral therapy, cupping, nutrition, EFT tapping therapy, kinesiology/ muscle testing and meditation.  I became an attuned Reiki master in 2017.

I was driven to explore emotional trauma, frequency medicine and removing energy from the body.

What does a session look like?

The most popular session is a 75 min session.

During this session we will do some massage on a focused area. This helps to connect with the body and bring you into a parasympathetic state. Once relaxed and connected with the subconscious mind, I will then do an energy scan of the body, removing stagnant energy creating balance. (I may use magnets and tuning forks during this part of the frequency work).

We will move into the Emotion Code work. We will go through the EC chart to identify which emotions are trapped. Once identified, I will release and clear the energy using a magnet.

Connecting with our bodies allows us to pay attention to the way we FEEL or more importantly the way we WANT to feel.

Together we work towards creating new neural pathways that will provide new and empowering programs within the deep layers of our being.

In a state of ALLOWING, the focus is to develop a practice that becomes a regular activity until it comes without a lot of thought or effort, much like the urge to drink water.

My name is Tammy Bryant, I am a 2024 massage therapy graduate of Rising Spirit of Gwinnett College in Roswell, GA. I am passionate about promoting self care and healthy lifestyles. I graduated with over 60 clinic hours and 750 total program hours. My journey to becoming a massage therapist was unconventional, however it has been one of the most fulfilling experiences of my life.

My desire for each client is to customize a plan that leaves them relaxed, refreshed, and restored. My desired population is unlimited, however therapeutic self-care, stroke patients, athletes, and those who suffer from chronic pain is my main enthusiasm. I am skilled at providing deep tissue techniques, neuromuscular therapy, assisted stretching, reflexology and sports massage for pain relief and sore muscle recovery. In addition to massage therapy, I have a background in spiritual counseling, leadership, supervision, superb customer service along with clear and concise communication skills.

Outside of a career in massage therapy, I enjoy meeting new people, studying crystals, traveling, reading, writing, singing, attending music concerts, and watching football.

My favorite traveling place is any beach with beautiful water. My favorite past time is spending time with family. As a massage therapist, one of my favorite quotes is “every body needs a massage”! We all deserve to enjoy this one life to be our absolute best and feel our absolute best!

Welcome to good vibes with Tammy!

Customized Massage

Neuromuscular therapy (NMT) is a form of soft tissue manipulation that aims to treat underlying causes of chronic pain involving the muscular and nervous systems. Together, we will address trigger points (tender muscles points), circulation, nerve compression, postural issues, and biomechanical problems that can be caused by repetitive movement injuries.  Massage promotes flexibility, reduces fatigue, improves endurance, helps prevent injuries and prepares the body and mind for optimal performance by aiding and familiarizing the body with functioning in a parasympathetic state bringing the body back to balance.

Cupping Therapy

Massage Cupping is a contemporary form of vacuum therapy which aids the body by reducing inflammation, increasing circulation, and assisting in breaking up scar tissue from old injuries or surgeries (C-section scars, burns, plastic surgery recovery).  It is an amazing healing tool which offers fast pain relief.  The suction lifts the tissue, creating space to allow oxygenated blood to flow in as it helps the lymphatic system to flush toxins out.  This process allows the body to better absorb nutrients and water, hydrating the body to decrease inflammation and increase overall wellness.  An added bonus is that it can reduce the appearance of cellulite, aid in facial rejuvenation, and offer relief of sinus pressure.  It is an extremely relaxing service, helping to reduce anxiety and insomnia by creating a sedating affect on the nervous system.

Assisted Stretch Session

A stretch session will help improve flexibility, reduce muscle tension, and increase circulation, leading to better overall mobility and reduced risk of injury. Combined, these practices promote relaxation, alleviate stress, and encourage a deeper connection and understanding of the body. Integrating stretching and somatic techniques into daily routines, will help you cultivate a greater sense of harmony and balance.

Virtual Emotion Code Session

What if it’s possible you can balance the body, mind and soul freeing yourself from the trapped emotions you’ve picked up throughout the years. Virtual sessions are some of my most powerful sessions. Energy knows no bounds.  Much like prayer you can send and receive energy while not being in the same physical location. Often connection is even greater per both participants are in their personal space which leads to less resistance and further allowing.

Virtual session: $120

In Person session: $165

Soundbath Therapy by Ojas Sound

Sound healing is a form of therapy that uses sound vibrations to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness. It involves the use of various instruments, including singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks, and drums, to create a therapeutic atmosphere that promotes relaxation and healing.
During a sound healing session, the therapist will play various instruments or use their voice to create specific sound vibrations. These vibrations can be felt throughout the body, promoting a sense of deep relaxation and calm. This relaxation can help to reduce stress and anxiety, which are major contributors to a wide range of physical and emotional health problems.
